This blog wants to offer you some information and images about Teyahuala, an indigenous 'nahua' village in the highlands of the state of Hidalgo, Mexico. It also provides details and updates about the sponsored walk I am organising to raise funds to build a communal house for a women's cooperative in the community.

Planning the walk
Teyahuala Walk - Sat 17th Oct 2009
I organised a sponsored walk to support the construction of a Communal House for a women’s cooperative in Teyahuala, Mexico (see more info in the posts here). A group of friends and colleagues walked across the causeway and around the Holy Island of Lindisfarne (Location Map of Holy Island (Lindisfarne) and info on Lindisfarne: http://www.lindisfarne.org.uk/) on Saturday 17th of October 2009.
